FINANCIAL AID

 

Sultana Projects is able to offer limited financial aid to qualifying applicants to the Chesapeake Adventures program.  Students who qualify for the Partner School Tuition Discount Program automatically receive a 50% tuition discount on five-day kayak and SULTANA trips. No financial aid forms are required to receive the Partner School Program tuition discount, only confirmation that the applying child attends or has attended one of the qualifying partner schools. Please contact the Sultana Projects’ office at 410-778-5954 to confirm that your child is eligible for the Partner School Program discount prior to applying.

Students not eligible for the Partner School Program (or who need additional assistance beyond what is offered through the Partner School Program) may apply for financial aid on an individual basis. We recommend that perspective financial aid applicants contact the Sultana Projects’ offices at 410-778-5954 to discuss financial aid prior to applying.  Generally, applicants for financial aid will be requested to submit the following information.

 

1. Short letter containing information helpful in determining financial need or explaining extenuating circumstances.

 

2. Copy of your latest tax return to certify eligibility.

Applicants for financial aid will be notified within four weeks of the submission of an application.
